Michael Devito is the founder and President of Alpha Equity Group, a developer of residential and commercial properties in Southwest Florida, and Michael Devito Homes. Over the last 20 years, Mike has built and developed over 2,800 single and multi-family units and over 230,000 square feet of commercial space in Lee County, FL.

 

Mike is a development partner of Catalyst, both investing and participating in the development of large mixed-use projects alongside Catalyst. Mike also identifies new development opportunities, including vacant sites and redevelopment properties. 

 

Mike graduated from Jacksonville University, and is a Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida.
