Reid Jaeger is the Director of Real Estate Development at Catalyst Asset Management. In this role, Reid is responsible for managing the ground-up development process for the company’s market rate multifamily projects, including selection and oversight of the design team, general contractor and property managers.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Reid was the Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Forge Capital Partners, where he was responsible for creating and overseeing customized asset management strategies for investment properties owned or developed by Forge Capital Partners. This included the analysis of property efficiencies, identifying opportunities for improved financial or operational performance, managing cash flow, distribution analysis, investment projections and working closely with third-party property managers and leasing agents to provide direction for and oversight of annual business plans and budgets.

Prior to joining Forge Capital Partners, Reid was a Commercial Credit Analyst with Aileron Capital Management (“Aileron”), a national specialty finance company and FINRA-registered broker dealer with an expertise in government guaranteed loan programs including U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”) and USDA Business & Industry Loans.

Reid obtained his Bachelor Degree in Finance from Florida State University, and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Tampa.
