Montage Professional Building

The Montage Professional Building adds 50,000 square feet of Class A office, professional, and medical space to the Montage at Midtown site, on the parcel held back for a future phase when the apartments were delivered.

Midtown Fort Myers has residential and retail depth but very little Class A office. The building is sized for professional and medical tenants who want to be in the district rather than on the periphery of it, sharing the parking structure and the amenity base already built.

The capital plan pairs tax increment financing with New Markets Tax Credits.
