Uptown at Liberty Park

Uptown at Liberty Park delivered 320 market rate apartments and a 6,500 square foot amenity center on the Pine Island Road corridor in Cape Coral, at a time when the corridor had almost no Class A rental product.

The City of Cape Coral supported the project through deferred impact fees and road impact fee credits, which improved early-year cash flow and reduced the equity requirement at closing.

The asset stabilized in 2018 and anchored Catalyst's subsequent activity along the same corridor, including Atrium at Liberty Park next door.
